Can you tell us about your research, work and expertise in Southeast Asia?
I guide researchers working on peatland projects and projects on forest loss including studies of drainage and fire, restoration, conservation, hydrology and carbon cycling. The forest loss studies I have supervised have examined all countries in Southeast Asia. To date, the peatland projects I have supervised have focussed on Indonesia.
